• One-time exchanges are free, with pickup and replacement arranged.
• Raise exchange request. (Exchange request can be raised within 7 days of delivery)
• Second-time exchange is charged at INR 500 (covering courier cost).
• Returns accepted with refund via credit note/discount code with unlimited validity.
• Products purchased with credit note/discount code are not eligible for exchange.
